Terms of Service

Last updated: November 14, 2025

Thanks for using Claret CRM. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using our service. We’ve tried to keep them straightforward.

1. The basics

By using Claret, you agree to these terms. If something doesn’t make sense or you disagree, please don’t use our service.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. That means:

  • Pick a strong password (not “password123”)
  • Don’t share your login with others
  • Let us know immediately if something seems off

3. What you can (and can’t) do

Feel free to use Claret for managing your customer relationships. Please don’t:

  • Try to hack or break our system
  • Send spam through our platform
  • Do anything illegal
  • Abuse our support team (they’re nice people)

4. Your data

Your data is yours. We won’t sell it, share it, or do anything weird with it. When you cancel your account:

  • You can export everything
  • We’ll keep it for 30 days in case you change your mind
  • After that, it’s permanently deleted

5. Payment & refunds

We charge monthly or annually, depending on what you choose. You can cancel anytime—no questions asked. We don’t offer refunds for partial months, but you’ll have access until your billing period ends.

6. Changes to the service

We’re always improving Claret. Sometimes we add features, sometimes we fix bugs. We’ll let you know about major changes via email.

7. Uptime & reliability

We work hard to keep Claret running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. Sometimes things break. When they do, we fix them fast.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No hoops to jump through, no phone calls required.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you keep using Claret after that, you’re agreeing to the new terms.

10. The legal stuff

These terms are governed by applicable laws. We’ll try to resolve any disputes informally first, but if that doesn’t work, we’ll figure it out through proper legal channels.

11. Questions?

If anything here is unclear, just email us at hi@saascrack.com. We’re happy to explain.
